Sellfish charter, he works as a launch captain for the
Virginia Pilots Association. His superior, in-depth knowledge of local waters assures
charter patrons of the best opportunity for a successful outing and the
maximum in safety. Captain Olson's close proximity to the lower
Chesapeake Bay
and close personal contacts allows him to stay on top of the movements of
game fish in addition to keeping up with constantly changing angling patterns. The
captain is USCG licensed with over five years experience as a charter
skipper and more than twenty years experience on the water as a commercial
seaman.
The
"Sellfish" is an immaculate 40', Robbins Chesapeake Bay fishing
boat that undergoes a
thorough annual inspection and overhaul. The boat has all modern
electronic equipment including radar, fish finder and all safety
equipment. Capt. Olson maintains the boat to standards that exceed
U.S. Coast Guard requirements. The "Sellfish" has a heated and
air-conditioned cabin as well an enclosed head.
